The world's first Aerodynamic Baseball Cap

We made this hat so that you could wear it doing almost anything with out the fear of it blowing off in the wind. It performs for you as you wear it. It is not only for dealing with wind or speed, but can be fashionable and customized to fit your wants. The brim is an open canvass.

The creation of the first ever-aerodynamic hat started many years ago with an idea by Dennis Curle. He needed a way to keep his hat secure while riding his sport bike. After brainstorming several ways to shape or cut a hat in a way to reach our goal of a secured cap. After several tests, we found a design that would stay on during extreme winds. The Curle Cut design was born.

The company AZR Partners formed shortly after in 2012 with three friends dreaming of taking the Curle Cut design to other areas of outdoor recreation and beyond.
